Not having a "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality keeps their jobs longer.

There's a reason I use a mail client. webmail sucks.

update: There is still a non-JavaScript version, but it is harder to find. https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=html (should work when already logged in)
