Even moreso for MGS 4 IMO

I can see it working natively; the game was also on PS3/360, and the Switch has more power than those two. But it being Konami, I'd bet on it...

Pretty sure you can get MGS V to run on a Nokia tablet if you try hard enough, it's well optimized, a Switch port would probably be 720p 30 FPS...
