I'm guessing he'll just point out that it's not a Pikachu/Sonic hybrid, so it's not the same. It would be funny if he tried to sue Nintendo...

He probably won't even notice. If he does he'll probably insist that Sonichu is fundamentally different and proceed to ignore it.
