Not really anything. Then again, it's completely pointless.

If you built a fallout game with vehicles in mind it could work, but grafting vehicles into 3, 4, or NV wouldn't work at all.

The closest would probably be how vehicles are used in The Frontier. The only good thing about The Frontier.

The Bethesda engine Fallout games just aren't built for vehicles to get grafted into them, I think traversing in one in those games would be...
