190 lbs on a 5'3" frame is quite large. She may have subtracted a few pounds, but I don't think it would be that far off.

You might be telling the truth about her height, but there's no way she's only 86 kg.

That's about right for her. Women don't carry weight the same as men do. I have an ex that's the same weight and height now and they look the same.
