Ultimate weapons in FF are almost comically stupid to get. You're fine without them.

You don't need any of them to beat the game, although Yuna's is fairly easy to get. The rest are pretty fucking annoying.

Only if you're doing extra content; like Monster Arena, Dark Aeons, etc... or if you just want to be an OP dickhead.

Even with post-game content, you can just get Tidus, Wakka and Rikku's celestials and you'll have the best party to take on the super bosses.
