Every person who ever fostered a kid. The questionable part of that statement is that it is the main source of income.

A parasite? Or a bum? Especially since apparently in addition to only considering them "a source of income," he abandoned them to go commit crimes.

He can't sob about business if he left it off to do this shit too. What a horrible asshole who I know only liked those kids since he could exploit...

It's actually quite common. There are some good people out there but the foster care system is a mess, if you're into real life horror stories...
