Toking 24-7 or in large amounts, or both, can lead to it. Oh, and young. Had a nephew that got high constantly and would vomit his guts out...

I think my brother and father both have this, and in fact their GP even suggested it. It's so disturbing to hear them vomiting so much so loudly...
