Some of the footage they used somewhere in MGS2 or MGS3 was apparently licensed. Fuck me if I could tell you what it was at this point though...

There are a few clips in MGS3 that Konami needs to renew the license for or remove entirely. Historical clips, I think it was Cold War stuff.
