Even Pokemon has a crafting system now. It's 100% in most games just to add filler, especially since in Nintendo's case I can't name a single time...

I'm convinced it's just the lazy way to create difficulty. I also think the current video game fad is ugly bitches, typically with an undercut.

Crafting mostly doesn't bother me and complaining about it feels like a meme. It's usually just for consumables that you don't use anyway, but...
