Sounds like a personal problem. Unless the shovelware is violating the ToS, I don't see why the game companies should prioritize doing anything...

They are supposedly going to address the e-shop stuff in the future with curation because it's why some games are getting pulled already...

It does bewilder me that they decided to port the Wii version of Force Unleashed instead of the far superior and reasonably received PS3/360 port...
