Actually A-Raticate is the better one due of being a dual type yeah it might have quad weak to fighting but in exchange it got dark type...

The thing with Delcatty is that all of its stats are awful, even its improved Speed stat. You make it sound like people would only use status...

Honestly, I had a lot of fun with Normalize Delcatty when I was younger. Even with the issue of Rock, Ghost and Steel types. I'd give it stronger...
