what do you mean? you can easily find working PS2's and people that do maintenance on them in some countries. Also R* released a note (Ledditpost)...

I think GTA:‎DE's actually exceeding Fallout 76 in terms of botched launches, and that's incredible considering just how much more can go wrong...
