There's no way they have the rape kits results back that fast. A rape kit might reveal indicia of rape, but even if they collected actual DNA they'd have to have a sample from Chris to match it against and it takes a long time, unlike on TV. and most jurisdictions have massive backlogs of rape kits to test.

If it's over the sex, it's because Barb admitted something or the rape kit indicated rape and they got a DNA sample and managed to get a probable cause warrant for Chris.

Far more likely they arrested him for the EPO violation/financial stuff. Which will potentially allow them to get a DNA sample while he's in custody.
