The number of people who want to download stuff from streaming web sites who don't know about (or refuse to use) youtube-dl or JDownloader2 is astonishing to me. Neither one is hard to find (and they're both commonly referenced on sites and forums discussing how to download videos, especially from Youtube), there's minimal setup for both, they're both free, they run on fucking everything, and they both work very well on a wide range of sites in addition to Youtube.

Using a browser plugin to download videos from Youtube is essentially the dumbest, slowest, least-reliable way you can possibly do it.
