I know it falls deaf ears, but calm down and do some self reflection on why you have a thread here. It's archiving the actions of bizarre behavior and essentric behavior on the internet.
You may find some value in books on dialectical behavior therapy if you want to better yourself, but the important thing is stopping, acknowledging your own negative behavior (which is also participating in this board. Because you know its futile, or you should by now) and moving on.
