Hard to say, technically Phil has control over those panels so like @FalsePositive said it could be just Phil changing things around. Still it lets you edit each individual panel so all of them shouldn't have vanished really. Maybe twitch came in and swept his tip link and other contribution links? That might explain why they'd leave the Amazon link too.

Really hard to say, could be something could be nothing but unless it's DSP doing it one thing for sure is it's a headache for him to deal with for today's big stream. DSP cannot handle any discomfort whatsoever. The man can't put on a vest in 60*F (15*C) because he'll overheat. Remember that the "room temperature" is 72*F (22*C).

Any hardship whatsoever will cause him to panic. He's completely withdrawn from society and only goes outside once per week to "run errands."
