This is part of why Tevin's restream triggered him so much.
Tevin had left DSP alone for a period of time, DSP "praised" Tevin and had effectively crossed a bully off his 'People To Cobra' list. But when DSP got KO'd by Twitch, Tevin jumped from the bushes and shouted "nigga you got knocked the fuck out!" in his face while he was down. This whole situation puts DSP on the backfoot regarding his rivalry with Tevin, he has no upper hand or high horse anymore. Tevin is the partner, DSP is the one in the doghouse.

This reminds me of an old Tevin video where someone asks DSP if he would ever forgive Tevin and he says "if Tevin apologized to me I'd accept it" or something like that, and Tevin says "I would never apologize to you DSP you're a faggot." What DSP forgot was that just because Tevin went off to do his own thing, it doesn't mean he no longer thinks all the same things he always thought about DSP.

Opinions on DSP are effectively a one way street. Very few if any people go from shitting on DSP to liking him, the best he can hope for is being forgotten by people who shit on him, but to use a phrase he loves that's a "double edged sword" because his shred of relevancy only exists because he's a lolcow.

Benzuko asked Phil what info Phil got from him when he tipped. Phil is bowing to the paypig (and posturing for the recording now), and gently telling him that he should email and Phil will tell him what he could see.
Phil says everyone has a right to know what people have access to. He says he'll tell Benzuko later what was visible on his PayPal account.
Now he is ranting that the internet is not a safe space, and you need to be careful what you put out there. And just like that, we've flipped to the victim narrative - Phil knows how dangerous it is to put the info out there.

EDIT: Phil is not 'a tweetster' and he is not going to enable the tipping feature on Twitter.
Since he specifically mentioned that he won't do this, I assume he will be accepting Twitter tips in a month.

EDIT 2: Phil is claiming that he never once said to use a fake name or fake info on PayPal. What he said was 'use a burner email'.

As of his bankruptcy, Phil had zero dollars saved up. Even if we imagine that he suddenly started saving up his money, he'd now have, at most, like 50k (being extremely generous here, he probably doesn't even have 10% of that in savings).

To keep his lifestyle the same, let's say he'd have to make 6k dollars a month (let's assume he paid off his mortgage and taxes). Let's also say that he'd be a decent enough investor who could get a 10% annual profit (again, very generous of me).

So he'd need to have 720k dollars saved up. And I'm not even taking into account the fact that he'd have to reinvest part of his earnings to ensure that inflation wouldn't eat up his purchasing power.

So Phil still needs to save up more than half a million dollars, having back taxes to pay, mortgage, etc.

Long story short: Phil can get as many whales as he wants, he will still need to beg hard for years to come before he can properly retire.

If he thought for so much as one second that his whales were all going to quit on him in, say, five years, he would be putting money away, because I seriously doubt that he has put any thought into his health either. Recognizing that he's falling apart is too intelligent for him. He absolutely assumes that he is going to live for a very long time, just as he assumes that his income is always going to be there. Whether he really believes that he can just walk into a cushy job at Boeing is anyone's guess, but I'm willing to bet that no matter what he actually thinks, it's not the result of taking real time to ponder it. Nothing about Phil's numbers ever add up. He never breaks four figures for stream viewership unless he's undergoing a crisis and people have come to gawk. Whales come out of nowhere and dump more money on him than streamers with larger viewerships make in a month. They've all been fans since 1889 but have accounts only weeks old. Other whales will come in and inflate his sub numbers by 500+ (though not anymore ayyyy lmao). This will not affect his day-to-day audience numbers in the slightest; people get gifted subs to him and they just ignore it.

The theories that money laundering is going on around him, whether he realizes it or not, are certainly worth consideration.

Truth be told Phil is in the worst possible position as an addict, at least from a personal development perspective. He's physically and mentally atrophied far beyond his age, no family aside from his Katson and Katmom, beclowing himself 6 days a week in front of his wheelchairs and mentally ill niggers like Tevin. His whales feed his monstrous addiction, preventing Philliam from ever truly hitting rock bottom which, given his personality, would be the only possible impetus for him to make drastic changes.
