The anatomy needs work (especially the faces), and de-saturating a pallette of mainly greens can very much look gross; but I do like how they make the characters look kinda action-packed or angular. Vit weather doesn't look too bad either, kinda like a cloudy sky or something
To be fair, isn't the anatomy based on the source martial is kinda shit too?

as I said earlier, I like the whole style/concept (eg: Jolyne, Giorno, looks pretty cool) (sharp, high stylized, looks pretty original), bute few desings just don't work (eg; Narancia looks like that autistic kid in class, Green Foo Fighters, fat Trish (or maybe I headcanon her, as a someone, who would be trying to be skinny, because she wnats to look like celebrity)),
