He does not understand Libel if he thinks calling him a schizo on a forum is libel. For one, it's not damaging to him because no one gives a fuck who he is, for two, we legit believe he's a schizo. For three, truth is an absolute defense for lible.
We can laugh at him just fine where he is. I just expect him to make an account because he can't resist coming back.
That's not always the case.
You need to demonstrate how alleged libel hurt you financially before you try to sue for it. Just so you know.

There's the Noonan v. Staples case that comes to mind, and truth can be used maliciously, though I've only seen that in Canadian and UK cases.
