Not a expert on sodium but a Hotdog usually clocks in at less than 200 calories. When I do cut weight, I just focus on calories and never counted sodium.

I was reading deep through this thread and the S&T archives the other day looking for content and was reminded that Boogie's been using the same "I only ate a bite of..." and "That was for my friend" excuses since like 2013. I know we've heard him say those for a while now, but I didn't realize he's been falling back on those same excuses for nearly a decade now. There's a funny one in particular which is a Thanksgiving feast table with like like 12 different foods and Boogie says he only had a single bite of each one lol, sure dude.
