and we believe him he gets nothing from twitch because ... ?
As far as I can tell Twitch won't respond to Phil demanding to know how much his paycheck will be and that equals Phil not getting paid at all...somehow?

This reminds me of him crying about his Youtube channel getting strucken down when he knew the entire time one of the strikes was going to expire a day or two later. This is just a grift. Have a big fundraiser the 14th and conviently get paid on the 15th. Oops, my bad, thanks for the money dummies.

Haven't they refunded subs in the past when a person gets banned? Didn't see any of Phil's fans talking about it, although a bulk were gifted and who knows how many were through Prime, but going to go out on a limb and say most people aren't buying his words just getting a kick out of his actions.

If you get banned or demonetised on YouTube, they keep all accrued ad revenue money. Which can be a problem if you set when they pay out too high. Not sure if you can do it by time but you can do it by amount in your account. I set mine to pay out at $50 because I know YouTube are a trash company and will ban anyone.

If YouTube can steal your money I don't see why Twitch would have any problem not paying ex-partners? Maybe it's different because viewers are directly supporting the streamer rather than generating from adverts? Although the money from Twitch is also based on how many of those subscribers actively watch your channel and if you play ads. I think it's a bit more complicated than a flat per-user rate. Probably to stop people dumping their Amazon Prime free sub and never watching.

Here is Phil's response to SnowKarl's tip quoted:

Kat works, Kat does contribute. What my wife does and doesn't do isn't anyone's fucking business. Alright? Just being honest here. Ok? It's really none of anyone's business. And no one should ever be bringing something up like that and saying that. My wife, behind the scenes, is very much a part of a contributor to this household. And she does what she can. She doesn't have a job like mine, she doesn't have the luxury of being here and enjoying video games all day on stream, and making a living doing that. Instead, she has to grind out there in retail job like many of you! And, I appreciate the fact that she does that. And I appreciate the fact that she contributes as much as she does, and no one should be questioning that and no one should be bringing that shit up because its none of your business, quite frankly. Ok? So don't.
Maybe she would have the "luxury" of streaming and enjoying video games all day if he didn't force her to wipe out her entire online presence. He makes it sound like he's forcing her to work a shitty job that she hates while he has the time of his life. What a selfish fucker.

I still can't fathom how Phil hasn't realised he doesn't have many fans. I know his ego is insane, but you would think he would have started to realise that he's not the streamer he thinks he is.

Phil, you have to start taking responsibility for your actions and finances, people don't like you.

It is a grift, insomuch that Phil has no plans of letting the truth be known about his final Twitch check. But he definitely doesn't know already whether he's getting it, he's just doing what he would do regardless of anything. If the paypigs make up for the lack of check, he wins, whether it shows up later or not. There's a reason Phil didn't ask for $400 a day in tips before, he was relying on his checks from Twitch a lot more than he ever wanted them to know. They were what had him feeling comfortable, he could whale away on gacha and order all kinds of fast food knowing that the mortgage was still covered. Now he can't, and though he's not taking the situation seriously the way any of us would, he is still worried, because there is nothing he hates/fears more than not being able to have his cake and eat it too. He isn't scared of not making his mortgage payments, he's scared of his mortgage payments eating into his supply of fun money.

This is how we know he knows he got de-partnered for good reason. He would be fighting tooth-and-nail with Twitch over it if it were a bullshit call, with what's at stake for him.

thats the thing. narcisists dont think that way. they think they are the greatest and smartest and everybody loves them.

so its rather impossible for him to think otherwise

He should get paid on the 15th for everything he made in April. Some of his viewers did say they were getting refunds for their subscriptions but I didn't se anything about bits.

He is trying to make it sound like he is receiving nothing so he can try and get more whales to pay him. Just remember, Phil lies.

The next controversy with DSP will be him reaching out to fans asking for money. I know it’s been theorized here that he has a whale Discord or some shit, but I disagree. I think up until now he’s only begged publicly.

I think that’s about to change. I expect a disgruntled paypig to spill the beans that Phil texts them or emails them asking for favors or to “borrow” money etc. To be honest, he almost HAS to in order to keep this begacy going.

He 100% arranges some of the big tips in advance, so I'm also certain he already contacts them with "I need you to drop $50 tonight if it looks like we won't hit the goal" type messages.
