YouTube's channel memberships do not have a policy against playing with members. Other channels I've seen, including our own @LyteSydeByll, do members multiplayer streams as a perk.According to my comment section, having people pay to play with you is violation of Youtube ToS. I haven't seen anything like that, but very recently Dale did remove the option of getting perks like that through superchat and you have to do this backdoor ghetto shit way to do it. So it seems a bit like speculation but the timing leads me to believe there is some sort of truth to it.
It'd be funny if Phil were to do it because he hates his fans and people would report him out the ass lmao
Here's what's not allowed as a channel membership perk on YouTube:

- Perks that are marketed, directed, or targeted, to children, or that may be attractive to, or inappropriate for, children
- Perks encouraging children to ask their parents to join your channel membership
