Hey fucknut Mike Toole, the reason why Funimation and Jamie weren’t deposed was because both of them slapped down the TCPA before they could be deposed. The only reason why Monica and Ron were deposed with Vic was because they wanted to depose Vic unopposed and then drop their TCPA without allowing their deposition to be taken. This was covered fucking 2 years ago.

If even one party remains, discovery can be conducted against all parties, even if they're dismissed from liability.
Say only Ron remains from appeals. Monica, Jamie, and Funimation can still be subpoenaed and deposed. The evidence Vic gains from them can only be used against Ron (unless something comes up that allows Vic to open a new cause of action), but it'll be a barrel of laughs regardless.
