The most true and accurate comic Dobson has ever made.
His whole existance on the internet can be summed up by this comic.

I noticed he has over 1.2k followers but only gets like 2 0r 3 favs/retweets max :x

In his damage control, did he admit he knows Brianna is trans?

"...sending them out of context to a bunch of trans people I follow..."

It's true. If Wu hadn't acknowledged that tweet, Dobby wouldn't be in this position.
Wu for epic troll 2015.

I love how Wu doesn't give a shit about Dobson, but he still gave a lengthy (please give a fuck about me) explanation to her anyway.

I must say seeing Dobbo cry and bend over like that was funny. As is him asking for help on how to stop reality from beating him up.

In short, you're a hack like Michael Keaton in Birdman. The difference is Keaton's character had self respect.

Let's give the common hack some respect. A hack knows his audience and gives them what they want, and in return, gets a paycheck. This may not be the height of capital A art, but a hack is doing nothing morally wrong.

Dobson doesn't seem to have any idea what kind of audience he has, doesn't care whether he's satisfying them, and devotes most of his time to whining and complaining about the part of his audience who is solely in it to wind him up and then laugh at him.

Then he's amazed he isn't getting paid.

I took a closer look at his drawing because I wanted to figure out why the perspective looked so strange. Forgive me for being an amateur, but I have been through enough low level drawing courses to have sat through the lecture in two point composition. Essentially, all lines must go to either one of two vanishing points on the horizon, like this example.

Also, apologies for the large images.

So, let's see where the lines from Dobson's drawing go.

Basically, they go all over the place. Where they should be converging on only two points, there are a dozen points where the lines converge, including some outliers that are very far from the biggest clump on each side. Some lines remain relatively parallel and will not converge for some time (look at the bottom set on each side).

I tried to be fair and draw the horizon through the middle of each clump, and I think that even without a ruler, you can see that it's leaning to the left.

Now, let's slap a grid on there so we can get an idea of how exactly how straight the horizon is.

Also note how while most of the the important vertical lines match the grid, the bridge/side door area appears to be leaning away from the house, which was not part of the original image.

To be completely fair, getting perspective right is hard. You have to plan ahead. You have to spend a lot of time with a ruler. But the cost is that if you don't, your drawing will look off.

If Dobson had intended this as an exercise to work on drawing perspective or working from reference, I would see nothing wrong with it. However, I really, really don't understand why he thinks that this is worth anyone's time on Patreon.
