Arguing with the defense here and there is fine, but when a witness starts arguing the case against every question instead of just answering the questions it makes them look biased as fuck.

I've now seen both CBS news and MSNBC with this leading headline on their Youtube video.

George Floyd did not die from drug overdose, medical examiner says

Now, both videos actually have a 1:2 like to dislike ratio (33% likes), but they are setting up the narrative even stronger that anyone that thinks Floyd died of an OD is a conspiracy theorist that has already been debunked.

Late I know but I'm just catching up, but this headline should really be: "Medical Examiner, paid by the prosecution to be present, who no longer practices and had a near 50% patient fatality rate, claims smoking is good for you and George Floyd did not die from drug overdose."

These are the experts I'm told to trust.

This guy looks like he just wants to get back to his model train collection and his pikachu pyjamas. He looks like he has a fridge full of sprite and forces his wife to watch him do forward rolls.

And we are supposed to believe he is an expert on the use of force and can second guess Derek Chauvin, a veteran cop.

Well, I'm convinced.

I am not sure how strong all these expert witnesses are supposed to be for the prosecution. They can't seem to agree on the mechanism of death, on the policies and practices of the Minneapolis police, and now the basics of use-of-force.

They all agree that Chauvin is guilty but they can't agree on how exactly. Almost like they were all working backwards from a predetermined conclusion....
