Anyhoo, I came up with the idea after trying to make an SFM video of Sans, Merasmus and The Joker auditioning for the part of Petelguese Romanee Conti in another video I was hoping to upload, SFM was playing up and, long story short, it looks like Sans is thinking really hard about something (or having a PTSD episode).
