Edit: This might actually be the Hyatt convention center, which is attached to the Hotel. I doubt they're staying there, because it's probably all booked up with CPAC attendees. I doubt they'll be having AFPAC at that convention center either, because that's where CPAC is.

I looked at a bunch of the different Rosen hotels and none of them looked as bad as the one in that photo. I started looking at the cheapest hotels because of that god awful carpet and color scheme. They could be staying somewhere else and traveling to Rosen Plaza. Rosen Plaza is my best guess for where AFPAC will be held.
Edit: Actually it was Rosen Centre that I had been looking at, not Rosen Plaza.
