It's multiple levels of fail:
1. Antifa hits the "ground level" that the higher ups will never see.
2. They do puny damage even at that.
3. They run away immediately afterwards.
4. The corporation will actively make profit from the Antifa attack since they also own the business of replacing smashed windows.
The comic is pretty great, though I would have added a mom and pop store with all its windows broken in the background, just to drive home the point.
