Yeah your correct. This phenomena has been noticed by academics as well, but they wont go as far to apply it to white people.
In academia its called a Market Dominant Minority
The term was coined by Amy Chua in her paper "Markets, Democracy, and Ethnicity: Toward a New Paradigm for Law and Development"
Discussed the issue of when a small minority ethnic group over preforms relative to their percentage of the population. She gave examples of the Chinese in Southeast Asia, Lebanese in the Caribbean and Mexico, whites in South Africa, Indians in East Africa etc....
And of course she ignored jews (she is Chinese married to a jew) in Europe and the US, who are small percentage of the population but control larger percentage of wealth/business. For the US she just used the term "coastal elites".
And of course she doesnt use it to refer to the situation as whites become a minority in their own countries, with disproportionate wealth, with the majority non-white united in being anti white, with alot of the same issues and rhetoric against other market dominant minorities
She described it as an obstacle to the creation of a liberal democratic society, because there exists massive inequality between the minority ethnic group and the majority ethnic group in wealth, and that they will blame the minority ethnic group for its issues, and a leader uses ethno-nationalism against the minority group to attain democratic power.

It is very concerning when whites are a minority, how they will be treated by this anti-white alliance, who blames white people for all of their problems.

- the minority ethnic pressure the government to crack down on democracy, such as the Chinese in Indonesia with Suharto;
- the government, empowered by the majority ethnic group uses populism to get rid of market forces, like in South Africa, with its racial economic program/land appropriation, designed to hurt the minority ethnic group's wealth;
- the majority elect a leader who promises to get rid of the minority either through forced migration, like seen with the Indians in eastern Africa or even genocide like in Rwanda, to use a modern example of Tutsi vs Hutu. The historical example against whites is Rhodesia, forced exodus or Haiti, genocide
