Perhaps if Kelly had half a brain she'd realize she can buy insurance from the Illinois ACA Marketplace, which IS state-regulated, and likely save a lot of money in the process.

Jerry would leave if he got hit on by another woman. He won't leave Kelly and risk being alone, but if someone slightly less disgusting started being nice to him, he'd leave Kelly in a heartbeat. Luckily for Kelly, the odds of that happening are pretty slim.
