I can't remember which sub it was on, either r/ftm or r/transgender_surgeries, on a FTM who had phalloplasty and was doing an AMA. She revealed where she got her surgery done, a place called Crane Center. There's one in San Fransisco, CA and one in Austin, TX.

Unlike most SRS butchers, who show very few pictures of the results, this place actually has pictures of "successful" surgeries, and also through the various parts of recovery. They even have a nonbinary GRS that sounds completely fucked up and reminds me of that Russian cult (can't think of their name) [[Edit: They were called the Skoptys Because fuck wikipedia]] who would remove people's sexual parts because of their bizarre beliefs that removing them would make them more pure. Yup. It's not just a skin graft. They need full thickness tissue all the way down to the thigh muscle in order to have blood vessels and nerves into the neopeepee. The graft is never completely detached from the patient during the operation, they will just dissect it all off leaving the main blood vessels and nerves. The surgeons then do a bit of origami and create the dong (some of the tissue is required to make a urethral tube in the flesh tube) before slicing the thigh up to the groin so they can move their creation onto the vulva, still with all the wiring attached.
