I totally agree with ya. My personal favorites from this era have to be stuff like Preacher, Sin City, and hell, I would be lying if I said Joe Madureira's work on X-Men wasn't a huge influence for me. Probably also helped lead me into Japanese manga made in the 90s like Battle Angel Alita, and Parasyte.

But anyway, enough subtle hinting at what comics people should be buying... I bring you... a colored page!

Aw damn, how could I've forgotten about Preacher? It's something I've only recently fot to get my hands on, but man! And Joe Mad! His Street Fighter art is so sick, I wish he'd get hired as an art director for a 2d fighting game. Oh, and would it be very autistic to confess I had a huge crush on Alita when I was like 13?

As always, I love the colors on the last page. Shading and lighting is something I'm still trying to figure out myself, and your pages have been very helpful in that regard.

Robee just assumes since he knows his pops is down in the bunker area and he automatically assumes his father is like some kind of mega-pimp. Robee is very delusional like that and thinks his father can do no wrong and it was the Jerkops that caused his father to disappear for years. But hopefully I'll be showing this more than just explaining everything soon.

As it is the last days have been a bit of a work minefield. One of our mission critical computers is giving up the ghost and the backup computer is... old. Like, I would hazard to guess some of our members are younger than this computer. Coupled with having to deal with thunderstorms and a tornado that dropped down a few miles from here, it's been a laugh riot.

But, I do have at least the pencil rough ready for you fine folks. Apologies I don't have more yet. Hoping to have this wrapped up by Monday.
