LOL no. They'll just say 'No court case has succeeded up to this point, electors must vote'.any news from wisc? they have to rule before their electors vote right?
Maybe they'll have the court toss the case because of standing, moor, or laches 5 minutes before the vote but I really don't think it matters at this point.
And of course, once the electors have voted they've got a reason to declare the case moot because the electors voted and someone attached a certification stamp to a document hot out of a laser printer. That certification stamp means 'instamoot all legal challenges'.
