I normally hate the term "rent free" since it always seems to be slung back and forth in a game of "Im not mad you are!" but it is the perfect term to discribe Gator and Ralph's attitude towards Null.
Null makes one corn joke and Ralph jumps straight to calling him a pedo.
Now he is screaming that null is a pedophile to a crowd of Trump supporters who have no idea who this fat alcoholic is or what a "Josuha Conner Moon "is. Best of all is Gator attempting to say null is seething. What seems like seething to you?
A) Running outside with a megaphone in one hand, bottle of Maker's Mark in the other, shouting at random passersby that a guy that you have internet beef is a pedo until you are out of breath
B) sitting at home and responding to the above with what is esstentially "lol no"
I'm actually not at all surprised that Ralph hates Null by far more than any other 'a-lawg' whose gone after him. Aside from the obvious points that he is severely thin-skinned and felt betrayed by his 'fwend' Josh, if you go back over the videos between 1BC (Before Cornjoke) and around 2000AH (Anno Harvesti), you will see that Null's criticisms when compared with everyone else were
extremely on point, like he has the guy and all his flaws nailed down to a tee.
Take PPP or Godwinson, the people Ralph should hate the most. They basically just threw shit at the Gunt knowing some of it would stick and making it really entertaining. It didn't feel as personal or cut as deep because it was standard trolling with healthy doses of kayfabe. It pissed Ralph off, sure, but it didn't incite genuine hatred. Hence the 'truce' and tip of the cap over the Tea Clips saga. All of these men know there is an element of showmanship at play.
But Null is different. The corn joke made Ralph feel defensive because it felt like people he trusted, not just trolls, were turning on him. So naturally, being Ralph, he lashed out. Null isn't the sort to take shots from an internet fwend (take notes Fagmenco...) so he fired back. But his remarks demonstrated a deeper understanding of Ralph's psyche and insecurities. Anyone can see Ralph is fat, an alcoholic, a white trash wigger. Null however sees the skeletons hiding in his closet.
In particular I'd recommend watching the the Harvest stream with Ade. In this stream you can see that Mr Moon wields his perceptiveness like a fucking scalpel aimed at precise points of the Gunt's fragile mind. People react way worse to their less than obvious points of shame being exposed to the world.
