They can rehold elections. That's what they did for some federal election in NC when they detected small amounts of fraud in 2018. With the amount of fraud going on in each of these states, the results need to be thrown out and the election held again, but under the guise of well-supervised auditors in all these places where all these anomalous results are occurring.
