Honestly this is KiwiFarm's archenemy. How would this site get content if lolcows learned how to turn off their electronic devices.

But their ego gets in the way and they can't stand when somebody says bad things about them.

Who was it, some guy that dressed up like Goofy and it was pure nightmare fuel. We made fun of him, he shows up, hangs around for a bit, doesn't chimp out and shows that he was a pretty chill dude. His thread was closed because in the end he said, "fuck it, I don't care. I like what I do. It makes me happy." And that was the end of it.

But never underestimate a person's ego.

Another thing that Guiteau and Russ have in common is that they both thought they helped get someone elected. Russ made some pro-Romney posts when he was running, and then thought he was instrumental in getting Romney, a conservative Republican Mormon, elected in a conservative Republican Mormon state. That's why he got mad when Romney didn't reply personally to his pleas to repeal the First Amendment and have us shut down. Did he ever sue Romney like he threatened? If he does, he can look forward to getting investigated by the FBI. When people sue sitting members of the House or Senate for things like Russ wants to, they tend to attract the attention of law enforcement because to even sue in the first place indicates they're not very stable.

Not a lawyer, but it sure seems that way to me.

This is routine and will happen with almost all garden variety federal lawsuits. It doesn't, itself, indicate that it is a lolsuit. Article III judges, all of whom are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate via the Constitutional process for doing so, are in fairly short supply. Magistrate judges deal with a large part of the motion practice (including dispositive motions) in federal court suits. Magistrate judges are not lifetime appointments, and are not Article III judges, but Article I judges entirely chosen by Congress. They serve 4/8 year terms and are either full or part-time, although Congress could change this. Some are also specialists in particular kinds of cases, although there is another type of quasi-judicial officer known as a special master who performs some function of fact-finding (or legal analysis) in a case related to an area of specialty.

In any event, a magistrate judge being assigned the motion practice in this case is entirely routine, and doesn't reflect on the case's merit.

We'd literally be finished. All lolcows have to do to defeat the farms completely is literally nothing.

Luckily though they're cows. They literally can't do that.

Thanks for clearing it up!

Unwarranted self-importance seems to be key with these cows. They all seem to think they're somehow more important than anybody else and people automatically know who they are. I mean CWC actually thought he had millions of fans all over the world in the early days of his comic. And this was before he really fell on anybody's radar. It was his inability to understand irony and the fact that people were laughing at him behind his back that in a sense led to where we are today.

Russ has it in his mind that he's some legal eagle and it's just the matter of choosing the right words that will spell the difference between his cases getting before a judge and being thrown out. Just look at his tweets. How many times has he gone back and adjusted one until it was just right? At least right in his mind. No matter what happens he's convinced that this time around things will be different and he'll wind up winning.

Problem is he's too blind to his own faults to recognize that he's just not in the right. I doubt even jail time could squash that idea in his mind.

The pressure to get married young is intense, and they are constantly surrounded by couples meeting and marrying, usually very quickly. The pool of single women their age gets smaller each year (not that they're especially picky about age). The pool of single women that haven't been warned about them becomes non-existent. At a certain point, they'll take anyone. The resulting desperation makes them even more off-putting.

sounds like the Skippy Jessop story

I am indeed passionate about autism, and if the forum is taken down I will suffer from withdrawal and my feelings will be hurt I might have to sue you, russty.
I know it's for legal reasons but the way he writes in the third person gives it more of a caveman quality. KIWIFARMS VERY PASSIONATE. KIWIFARMS WANT HARASS AND TARNISH GREER. GREER DOES NOT UNDERSTAND IT.

Yeah, I think I remember that guy! Wasn’t he a diaperfur? If it’s the guy I’m thinking of he admitted that he understood why people were creeped out by his “hobby” and he didn’t expect anyone to be okay with it even though it made him happy. He was pretty chill and everyone was like “meh nothing to see here”.

Russhole would never be willing to admit that people find his autistic celebrity chasing creepy, he lacks the humility and the ability to recognize others as beings with their own feelings and preferences. Pretty damn sad when a diaperfur is more likeable than the studly Mr. Drula Shitlipz.

It's not that he won't admit it, he literally can't understand the idea that other people might find his behavior creepy. Russell is the protagonist in the romantic comedy film that he thinks his life is. All we're supposed to do is sigh, laugh, clap and eventually cheer him on as he gets the girl. When we don't, it obviously means that we're the antagonists and need to be "defeated." Once the bad guy gets defeated, that means he's won and he'll get the girl, right? It's one more unrealistic "endgame" scenario that he expects to actually play out. That's when Russ shows what his life really is: a one man clown show. "Watch Russo the Clown balance a frivolous lawsuit, probation and not one but TWO janitorial jobs while walking a tight-rope!"

It's times like this that I'm glad Russ is fucking caveman stupid as he is. He shows clearly predatory behavior: Obsessing over certain individuals, stalking them, presenting himself as harmless when he needs to, etc. He still holds onto his delusion even while acting like a vicious creep. He honestly thinks that being "the hero of the story" makes it okay for him to act like an asshole. Thankfully he's clumsy enough to always be caught or be completely transparent.

This is always something that intrigues me with cows in general, but it's especially jarring in Russell's case. The dude's social media addiction is on a level of its own.

Russell's bitter and antisocial as fuck. Every single time we spot him showing up on a comment section, he's picking a fight with someone over the stupidest shit. He doesn't want people to interact with him unless they want to give him constant asspats on every little thing he does, and as a result he unfriended nearly everyone he's ever met. No one ever interacts with what he posts anymore, it's the very definition of screaming into the void. I don't think any of the friends he claims to have would be devastated if he just stopped posting. I'm pretty sure nobody would mind if Rusty didn't gave us his very clever and zany take on national sock day.

But he can't stop. He's aware that we're watching and screenshotting everything he says to make fun of him. He knows anything he says can be used against him in court, otherwise we'd have gotten posts talking about how he wishes Greg Skordas's mom dies of cancer, or how he's going to make Nool his maid. There's no benefit for him to keep using his social media, and in fact using it just makes things worse for him everytime. But he. Just. Can't. Stop.

It really shows what a piece of shit he is that literally no one who has ever known him has ever had anything nice to say about him. The only time he's ever not nasty around people online is when he's hitting on a woman on instagram, and even then he gets nasty, needy, and desperate when they don't instantly fall in love with him. He's never a friendly person without expecting something in return. In between his lawsuits and attempts to make celebrities notice him, he's constantly complaining. Complaining about all the rude, discriminatory people he meets everywhere he goes, never once stopping to consider if maybe he's being the asshole. Complaining that no one likes his posts. Complaining that no one recognizes his brilliance as he posts vague inspirational drivel that he tries to relate to himself. Complaining about women not being able to see what a nice guy he is. And that last one is important because while Russ is pretty much the textbook niceguy, he complains in a very specific way. He almost never does the usual thing niceguys do where he just wonders why women go for "the jerks/Chads" or whatever, instead he complains specifically at the women he goes after, saying things like "why doesn't she just let me be nice to her! Serves me right for being such a gentleman." He's not just lonely, he's bitter and spiteful.

Any time he posts about some news story, it's always to relate it to himself in some way. Just as an example, during the BLM protests this summer he talked about how a black guy once asked him for the time and Russ gave it to him so obviously racism doesn't exist. Or whenever sex work comes up in the news, he has to mention how he wants to legalize brothels. He's his own number 1 fan, fawning over how great he is all the time. I've never in all my life seen so much misplaced confidence. Never seen anyone so infatuated with themselves to the point that they try to make everything in the world about themselves.

I think it's just hard for me to separate his online personality from his offline, the contrast is just so stark that my mind cannot accept it. Russell is a shining example of a "perfect storm", his personality, appearance and mental capacity have all conspired to absolutely fuck his whole life.
I had trouble separating his online and IRL personality up until his Erika trial. Just the way he sat there looking away towards the ground when his lawyer looked at him. He's a pathetic, defeated little man.

So basically, they're playing hot potato with his lolsuit?

I like to think it's getting passed around like a doobie at a hippie drum circle so that all the judges in that building can have a good laugh before Russ gets tossed out into the metaphorical street onto his shit lips. Judges need a chuckle, too.

protip: the easiest way to defeat kiwifarms is to not sped out about having a thread. said thread will eventually die. thanks for coming to my ted talk xx

The easiest way to defeat Kiwi Farms is to not make a foolish ass of oneself on the internet. If someone finds out they have a thread here, they can either not draw attention to the fact they have a thread (not be a sped about it), or they can drop off the internet radar and either not come back, or start over from scratch and keep a low profile. Buy if they were capable of that then they'd likely not have a thread here in the first place. Lolcows become lolcows because they make a foolish ass of themselves online, are incapable of keeping their egos in check, and refuse to accept that their bizarre behavior is to blame for the negative attention they receive.

Another thing that Guiteau and Russ have in common is that they both thought they helped get someone elected. Russ made some pro-Romney posts when he was running, and then thought he was instrumental in getting Romney, a conservative Republican Mormon, elected in a conservative Republican Mormon state. When people sue sitting members of the House or Senate for things like Russ wants to, they tend to attract the attention of law enforcement because to even sue in the first place indicates they're not very stable.

Don't forget that lawsuit in Nevada about brothels/prostitution that Shit-lips tried to insert himself into, got told to fuck off, then took credit for the outcome. Russhole definitely takes unwarranted self-importance to a whole other level.

And Romney isn't a Conservative, at least not a social one. When he was governor of Massachusetts he signed into law several "progressive" laws, such as gun control, gay marriage, etc. He may be a capitalist business man, but he's a R.I.N.O. (Republican in name only). Most Conservatives here in Utah that I know, even the LDS ones, hate Romney and wish he didn't represent our State.

Unwarranted self-importance seems to be key with these cows. They all seem to think they're somehow more important than anybody else and people automatically know who they are. I mean CWC actually thought he had millions of fans all over the world in the early days of his comic. And this was before he really fell on anybody's radar. Russ approaches everything in life like he's conducting a transaction. Like everything works the way it does at a brothel. If he sends a girl X cool DMs, Y Venmo dollars and Starbucks gift cards, then she will give Russ attention for Z amount of time. If he sends (insert pop starlet/female celebrity) a totally awesome song, letters and emails to flatter her, in return she will go out with him, play footsie under the table, and suck him his penis while giving him access to her fame and fortune. In Russhole's mind he just hasn't found the right combination of wooing words, token items of interest, amateurish songs, and Walmart flower bouquets to get what he wants out of the transaction.

And Russhole doesn't tweet, he uses Facebook and Instagram. He tried Twatter for a while when he was trying to get his Mile High Neon Brothel bullshit off the ground, but he gave up on it in short order because he hated the word limits on tweets. He complained that the word limit was too short for him to effectively convey his thoughts and opinions.

It's not that he won't admit it, he literally can't understand the idea that other people might find his behavior creepy. Russell is the protagonist in the romantic comedy film that he thinks his life is. All we're supposed to do is sigh, laugh, clap and eventually cheer him on as he gets the girl. Well, his suit is baggy and ill-fitting, much like the clothes clowns wear. And he does walk funny, all duck-footed and knock-kneed, much like a clown wearing clowns shoes. Getting all that face paint out of his hobo beard would be a bitch. That is, if face paint would even be able to stick with all that grease and oil on his skin and in his beard.

This is always something that intrigues me with cows in general, but it's especially jarring in Russell's case. The dude's social media addiction is on a level of its own.

Dildo Saggins used to have quite a few friends and family on his Facebook back leading up to and following the first Taylor Swift lolsuit. Some were former classmates, some were from his LDS mission, some were coworkers, and some were relatives. As he sank deeper and deeper into his narcissism and unwarranted self-importance (and his failures started to grow in number), Russhole started to become more of a shitty person who would not tolerate anything other than full support and ass-pats. He started blocking anyone who questioned his reasoning or tried to make him see that he was setting himself up for failure. He also outed two of his mission companions, openly discussing that the three of them went to strip clubs while they were supposed to be fully devoting themselves to serving God and the Church. And his friends truly were friends trying to show him support and positivity, giving him encouragement to go after his dreams like trying to get on America's Got Talent and sending Swift his first song. But as he became more belligerent and unstable, making it clear he would not come around to seeing reason and would not tolerate anyone challenging or questioning him, one by one they all gave him up as the lost cause that he is. Not to mention his disgusting, abhorrent views on women, dating, sex, (it should be illegal for women to say "no", rape isn't so bad and women should just close their eyes, etc.) and his sense of entitlement for all three, and just that he was becoming more of a horrible person seemingly by the day. And of course he became more demanding of those who did follow his social media, expecting lots of "likes" and positive, supportive comments on his "brilliant and inspirational" posts. By the time this thread had been up about a year and around the time of the Arianna Grande saga was when Rat-mouth had finally driven away the last of his actual friends and family, only being followed by people like us who just wanted to watch the train derail and crash in slow motion.
