The question isn't whether a billionaire has political and economical influence. The point is that by anything Soros does, right-wingers identify him as some sort of scheming villain that is destroying our youth somehow.
The logic is purely based on this pattern:
"His ideals and political views are different from mine, therefore he is the marxist devil incarnate and can't even fart without it somehow being used to undermine our glorious western values." And that's just silly.
