I'm no medfag, but what I am familiar with is that in a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, Bilirubin (Total) standard range is 0.2-1.3 mg/dL.

Obviously, this is a very small range and I don't know if she's referring to .1 or 1 Either way, I can't imagine much of her blood work being within the normal range.
 
Bilirubin is one of those tests where a point is a big deal. Especially if the lab ranges she was tested at are in mg/dl.

Typical ranges for adults are:
  • 0–0.3 mg/dl – Direct (conjugated) bilirubin level (<21 μmol/l)
  • 0.1–1.2 mg/dl – Total serum bilirubin level (1.0–5.1 μmol/l)
> Jaundice may be noticeable in the sclera of the eyes at levels of about 2 to 3 mg/dl (34 to 51 μmol/l), and in the skin at higher levels.

cant wait to see what her weight goes down to from not eating much. and without the uterus! Wonder how much that weighed? I saw a uterus once when a family member was birthin, normal fat not death fat and it was marbled in fat like a fatty cut of beef.

Big Baby is in pain after major surgery? Shocking. Why me? Because you did everything possible short of sending out engraved invitations for this to happen.
Incision looks perfect? Not for long, gonna be a flaming, reeking, pus-filled mess before long. Wanna get back to "normal"? The Thumb's prolly smuggling in Subway as she speaks.

I mean... wild speculation time, but here we are.

If she's had gallbladder problems and continued to eat a high-fat diet, it could have fucked up her gallbladder to the point where she's going to need medical intervention. If that's the case, and her gallbladder is so full of bile and stones that it's basically overflowing and causing her blood panel to be screwy and her skin to be yellow, then yeah -- it's a problem. If she's been drinking and eating enough to finally push her liver into fatty-liver territory, then it's a problem. If it's because cancer has spread to her liver and fucked it, that's an even bigger problem. The timing of all this makes me wonder, but then again, she's been looking yellowish for years now, imo, so it could be any of these things or more. It's definitely significant, but I don't know what the implications are -- soooooo many things could be happening here.

The bottom line is that whenever something's wrong with your liver, it needs a closer look. Doubly so when you're 500 lbs.

Gorl is fucked. Her body is fucked. Liver, urinary tract/kidneys, reproductive system, skeleton, lymph system, blood sugar, and probably her cardiovascular system (in spite of being able to blow out a full lungful of air post-surgery)... it's all fucked. Even a relatively minor issue will never be resolved because she knows what works for her and won't put down the fork.

And her response is to ask Facebook if her "blood tests" will go back to normal after the surgery. Fixing one result of obesity and getting her cancerous uterus yanked doesn't magically resolve the underlying issue -- that being grossly overweight, immobile, and too stupid or stubborn to just stop eating.

It's pretty much impossible to say, given we don't know what kind of insurance she has, if the hospital is billing her at a lower rate, if she got financial assistance from somewhere, etc. There's also the three-day hospital stay, the lab costs, the pathology costs, the radiology costs, and god knows what else.

Here's a study that gives the cost in 2012 as about $40k, but I don't know what charges that includes.
 
Most of us aren't surprised that she had the surgery, although I did entertain the possibility that she"d puss out at the last minute. It's whether or not she has cancer or if the hysterectomy was done to resolve another issue or as the only diagnostic left as she is too gargantuan to be imaged. Call me a cynical asshole,but it's Amberlynn and I need more to convince me that she has cancer

It's not surprising her liver enzymes and liver function tests are off. Her liver is practically foie gras at this point. Her organs are screaming for mercy.

She'll be taking down a foot long Subway by next week. She learned nothing from this
 
What normal person has a major operation and wakes up hooked up to a machine on meds and thinks yeah I think I'll go on UTube now? A normal person would be in so much pain and off their face on drugs all you would be thinking about is "Fuck off I'm going to sleep". And she may have come through the initial surgery but she is not out of the woods yet complications from anesthesia can happen at least a couple of weeks after. And she can't eat? I am pretty sure she won't die of starvation she has more food storage on her body that will keep her well fed for months.

She didnt start recording immediately after the operation... plus she gets most of her support from strangers online so why not record updates? Same reason why she told everyone she had cancer relatively soon after the phone call.

This. I have no idea what she meant with that little throwaway line. The doctor could have mentioned a minimal elevation in passing, or she could be looking at liver failure in her near future. I don't trust her to be anything close to accurate when she's talking about this stuff. Remember, her blood pressure was just "a tiny bit elevated" a while back -- a normal person probably shouldn't be concerned about a one-off, high-ish reading. But what's "a tiny bit"? Is it consistently high? And what happened to those blood pressure pills she was "diagnosed" with? I'm guessing the bilirubin levels will get the same memory-hole treatment.

Let us not forget, she's 500 lbs. Any deviation from the norm is probably a very bad sign of things to come. But honestly, it's just another variable for us to add to the deathpool. Stroke, beetus, fall, cancer, infection, or liver failure? Does it even matter? She's dying, and the longer she waddles on, the more issues develop that could kill her. None of this is surprising.

They normally use a draw sheet or slider board but for someone of her size it wouldn't be adequate, not much material to grip.My guess it's the sheet used for the hoyer lyft. It's usually constructed of a canvas like material but even with the hover it would take about 4 nurses because of her size. It's a bitch moving patients of her size.

Not drinking enough, not peeing enough, every time she stands, she feels nauseous and has to LIE back down = she's back to her cunty self already. Only managing one bite= because it's healthy food. Give the fat bitch a plate of orange chicken and see if she manages more than one bite. I STILL THINK SHE'S UP TO SOMETHING...
