Two things:

If it is temp ban then there are limitations on what DSP can stream on other platforms or else he is in violation of his twitch partnership. As far I know when it happened to Destiny he could only do non-gameplay streams. Depends on his contract, normally people just wait out the suspension.

Keep an eye on his channel page DSP might fuck up the waiting room stream and start another.

I think Twitch partners in general have a more direct customer service person that they can talk to, it's nothing special.
