Crime Fort Hood Military base killings 2020

The family of a missing Fort Hood, Texas, soldier named Vanessa Guillen is pleading for help after one month with no answers. The 20-year-old US Army soldier's mom, Gloria Guillen, is pleading for the public to help her find her missing daughter, who has not been seen since April, when she was working at the Fort Hood military base in Texas.

Vanessa's family is urging the public to sign petitions, speak out, and join their search parties, and they are concerned about the soldier's well-being after her mom says her daughter claimed she was being sexually harassed inside the military base by a sergeant. She also said someone from inside the base told her that her daughter had been "kidnapped." Tom Rheinlander, the spokesperson for Fort Hood, released a statement about Vanessa's disappearance and said the Army is doing its own investigation and search by sending 500 soldiers from the 3rd Cavalry Regiment to search for her on foot in and around the area.

Vanessa was last seen on April 22.
It's been more than a month since Vanessa was seen or heard from. The Stars and Stripes newspaper reported that an investigation done by Fort Hood officials and an Army Criminal Investigation Command, known as CID, revealed that the 20-year-old was last seen at 1 p.m. on April 22 in the parking lot of the Regimental Engineer Squadron Headquarters for the 3rd Cavalry Regiment at the base. Vanessa's car keys, the keys to her room, her identification card, and wallet were later found in the armory room where she was working earlier that day.

Her mom shared the details of the phone call she had with her daughter.
Her mom tearfully shared the story of a phone call she said she had with her daughter prior to her disappearance in which Vanessa claimed she was being harassed by one of the sergeants at the military base. Her mom told her to report him. "Mom, others have reported him but they don't believe them," the mom claims her daughter said, and then asked her not to get involved for fear that she would be retaliated against.

The mom shared a conversation she had with a sergeant about her daughter's disappearance. "A sergeant talked to me anonymously, and I can't say his name because he said 'If you say it, they'll kill me.' He said, 'They kidnapped your daughter inside. And the corruption is horrible and there's tunnels.'" She is asking for this situation to be investigated and is looking for a lawyer to help their case.

The family and members of the community have taken matters into their own hands and have launched their own search parties. More than 60 family members and friends came together at Miller Springs Park in Temple, Texas, to search for her on May 30. "I am hoping we can cross a big area off the map. It's a huge area we need to search," Vanessa's older sister, Mayra Guillen, told 6News at the gathering. "I feel that she is still with all of us, and that hopefully someone confesses," the sister said. "Or we can somehow find her ourselves before the authorities because its been over a month we need to keep pushing."
She added, "We aren't going to stay quiet. For as long as this goes on we are going to keep it going."

It's the largest base in the world, so if she is there it's gonna be awhile. We're talking huge ass ranges and boundaries of water to search. I'm curious how they know she was in the parking lot. I'm guessing they have a suspect in mind that was either seen by cameras or eye-witness, but such inaction is concerning since this happened in April.
It's not a desert, but the vast majority of Fort Hood is basically Central Texas ranchland, which in the dry season can look like a bombed-out wasteland, and even in the wetter seasons, it's rock, scrubby evergreens, cactus, and high grass. (EDIT: The picture below is not Fort Hood, but it's generally the landscape around it).

It's very beautiful to go hiking in (especially in the wildflower season), but if you get lost in it (as a total, Fort Hood is 300 square miles, and most of that is basically unused), you're fucked.

Alot of the people ITT really dont understand how the military works, and how units can go bad. Army units are trained to be loyal to their comrades, and obedient to their chain of command. Mild lip service is paid to "illegal orders". But if you ever dared to pull that card your career is fucked at a minimum. Even if at the end of the mess you are shown to have been absolutely correct. Which means a ton of effort is applied to leadership, both Officers and Non-Commissioned officers to insure that things stay the proper course.

Occasionally however, issues can arise. Both the officers and the NCO's can break from their standing orders. This is why the Army has its own version of the FBI, Army CID (USACID). They even have their own version of the Warhammer 40k Inquisitors, where they will send out soldiers into units with a publicly facing rank waaaay below what their rank actually is and watch what is going on in the unit. This is done more often in training units like Basic Training companies. I actually know about this because a CID agent fucked up (mildly) during my basic training cycle. There was a soldier in the company that just didn't seem to fit in properly. Didn't really socialize well with all us 18 year olds, was clearly one of the "older ones", and as consequence was kinda shunned. But they were competent enough and the drill sergeants didn't haze them as hard as the inevitable gomer pyles. A few days before graduation, the fireguards saw them leaving with all their stuff.

Wearing Captains bars. They didn't just outrank the drill sergeants, they outranked the company commander himself most likely. Don't know if that was a fuck up or an actual deliberate statement to let the Drill Sergeants know they were being watched.

I tell this story to make a larger point. The reason the Army even has such an organization is because it knows the Chain of command can become corrupt. And if even the Army can accept this fact, you should damn well hope civilian leadership should accept it as well. A Private in the Army is a very small animal in a very big wood, and is easily stepped on by uncaring giants. Her parents fears that her immediate chain command fucked her over, both figuratively and literally is not at all unfounded. Especially since there is no logical explanation for her disappearance.

So she wasn't killed because she looks like Salma Hayek and you all were doing the whole "Illuminati" murder to intimidate, were you?

Just cop to it, everyone already knows.

We all already know.

Harvey Weinstein was involved.
Army Chain of command was involved.
And the media is mysterious mum on this.

Quite frankly, you all have been let to do all this crime for so long, that I really think COVID is designed to kill all of you and you've earned it.

"The discovery came on the same day that Guillen's family announced they were seeking a congressional investigation into the 20-year-old's disappearance."

Well isn't that a funny little coincidence, nothing to see here folks. Move along. Move along.

The mom killed her and is accusing the military to cover it up

Not buying it. Apparently her identification material was found by CID in the fucking Armory. Anyone who knows anything about the Army knows this is a huge fucking red flag. The Armory is not some random room you can hide shit in. Even the commanding officer cannot enter without signing the log and he certainly cannot use it for storing random crap. Something went down here.

Her Unit is about to get hit by an exterminatus edict from the Army Inquisition. Even if her commanding officer avoids the blast his or her career is over. Soldiers also dont have the same rights as civilians. I expect quite a few people are now sitting in dark rooms questioning life choices and loyalties.

Some very spicy updates today, looks like the killer may have been found
Suspect shoots himself as remains of Fort Hood soldier Vanessa Guillen may have been found
Police attempting to speak with a junior soldier in connection with the disappearance of missing Fort Hood soldier Vanessa Guillen witnessed his suicide instead early Wednesday.
Authorities found the suspect at 1:29 a.m. Wednesday, police told KTRK-TV in Houston, and as they tried to make contact with him, “he pulled out a gun and shot himself,” KTRK said.

The deceased soldier’s name was not released pending next-of-kin notification, Killeen police told KTRK. A civilian suspect arrested in the case of Guillen is the estranged wife of a former Fort Hood soldier who is now in custody, police said.
Investigators were still processing a scene where partial remains were discovered Tuesday, KTRK said. Her family believes it’s their missing relative, and while it’s not officially confirmed, one person involved in the case, Texas EquuSearch founder Tim Miller, a non-profit search-and-rescue organization involved in the search, told KTRK, “The search for Vanessa is now over.”

Guillen had been missing since April 22, and the Army has suspected foul play. The remains were found in a shallow grave on the evening of June 22, and the person’s identity was still being determined Wednesday.
The investigation is far from over, and involves special agents from the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command, U.S. Marshals, the Killeen Police Department and the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, according to KTRK.

Fucking cowards. Always have to off themselves because they don't want to face the actual consequences for their actions. Of course, it doesn't seem completely clear yet who had what role in this but I hope it gets cleared up soon now they potentially have the actual body.

Apparently the girl said it was a Sergeant perving on her. A "Junior Soldier" is not a Sergeant. It's another private. My bet is he got roped into his superiors shenanigans and quickly found himself in over his head. He was probably already suicidal due to whatever it was he was roped into doing. When CID showed up he just up and offed himself.

This is all pretty much confirming my previous suspicions. Something is rotten in this unit.

That's what I think. He was likely an accomplice sort of deal, and didn't want to face punishment or get in trouble for talking about the ringleader(s). The stress of knowing what happened for months and worried people might find out must have weighed on him. Still think it was a supremely stupid action. Now it just makes things even fishier. If he was willing to go that far, things have to be bad.

Hopefully he left something in his personal belongings than can shed some light on it

Attorney for Vanessa Guillen claims she was beaten to death with hammer by another Army soldier, before being cut up and mixed with cement

The attorney for the family of Vanessa Guillen, the Army soldier who disappeared from a Texas base in April, reportedly claimed in a new interview that Guillen was beaten to death with a hammer by another member of the military.
Speaking with Nancy Grace on the broadcaster’s “Crime Stories” podcast, attorney Natalie Khawam said officials with the Army’s Criminal Investigations Division recently asked to meet and discuss the case.

Khawam claimed on the podcast Guillen, 20, was called into work at Fort Hood on April 22, the day of her disappearance, and was working in the armory at the time.
Guillen allegedly told another soldier in the armory that she had to report him for breaking a military rule. The man then grabbed a hammer and began “bludgeoning her head over and over,” Khawam said.

Khawam asserted that the man put Guillen’s body in a Pelican bag, and later, with the help of his girlfriend, tried to bury her at a river. They allegedly attempted to burn her body, and then took a “machete out and ... start dismembering her whole body,” Khawam said on the podcast.
They buried her remains with a quick-dry cement product, Khawam said. Khawam said Guillen’s head was allegedly so badly damaged that medical officials were unable to use her face or skull for bone recognition or for dental record confirmations.
Last week, officials searching for Guillen found human remains near the Leon River, but have not identified yet who they belong to. Guillen’s family said Wednesday that they believe the remains to be hers, according to People.
A junior soldier whom police attempted to speak with in connection with Guillen’s disappearance killed himself early Wednesday as officers tried to make contact with him, according to KTRK-TV.
Guillen’s family has said she was sexually harassed by her sergeant, and Army officials began an investigation into the claim last month.
“They lied to our faces every single day ... which is more than two months,” Guillen’s sister, Lupe, said of Fort Hood officials during a press conference Wednesday.
Lupe said the Fort Hood authorities didn’t show respect to her sister.
“They didn’t keep my sister safe,” Lupe said. “They’re always trying to cover up for each other.”
Another suspect, whom officials have only identified as “the estranged wife of a former Fort Hood soldier,” is now in custody.
Based on what their attorney is saying, the man who killed himself sexually harrassed her, but the person who killed her was different entirely. What the fuck is going in at that place sure does seem like they ignored a murder until there was media attention. There definitely needs to be a congressional hearing like her family wants.
