Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

Autistic nitpicking like this doesn't really bode well for the rest of the documents containing anything particularly shocking or case determinative. This is really the last of the required filings. There's probably a bout or two of sur-replies and other nonsense if anyone has the word count for it.

The appeals court technically doesn't have to wait beyond an opening brief and a reply brief. The word count limits the amount of nonsense that can be filed by any party. Courts generally don't think much of such briefs and some even prohibit sur-replies entirely. In any event there is, so far as I know, no specific rule on deadlines for them, but you'd best get them in before the appeals panel gets around to setting oral argument.

Fun fact, at least if I'm remembering correctly. After the notices of appeal, not a single party in this case has filed anything on time.

LawTwitter has it, but you know they like to obfuscate.
Hopefully, the website updates and the documents become available.

There's a discord server that they're all apart of. Even Jenny is getting tipsy doing her own commentary.

So there's a Discord server where they are conspiring to set a false narrative about this lawsuit about people conspiring to set a false narrative?

I guess it's easy for them to do when they somehow have access to documents which haven't been made publicly available yet. Wonder how that happened.

We knew about the discord server when Kame on twitter leaked that he had been part of it.

it was Shane’s from memory and had Jamie, Don, Monica and several others in it. And then Shane nuked it.

I want what was in that discord

Remember when T. Greg told everyone that if you can't see the entire transcript from start to finish, and someone is trying to tell you what it says, you're being played.

Ron is still crying about Vic releasing the videos of the deposition to this day.

There's more than one discord. Jamie Marchi had one. Shane had one. There's a Law Twitter one.

These dipshits talk about them moving on from this, but prove time and time again that their word is full of shit. These fucks live for clout and bullshit.

How do we know it's actually good?

They haven't scribbled TREDNAUGHT all over it and leaked it like a bunch of dipshits. They're instead taking things out of context and trying to set a narrative before anyone sees it through Nick.

Just as all of us expected, Lawtwitter and their dildo associates are having an emotional seizure over the filings. That’s usually a good sign. They are so predictable that you can pretty much do an order before they even decide what food they want.

Oh, and Ty? It’s “does not”, not “does”. Why is every law firm in Texas so bad with grammar?

Última edición:
Has the link to the documents themselves been published somewhere yet?
Lawtwitter has them cause lemons gets them too right when they're filed so he immediately shares them on the discord they're all in. I do wonder why none of them are sharing full pages or the entire documents though. Big thunk.

You mean to tell me that all we're seeing are snippets and pieces of the full document and not the whole thing entirely? Where have I seen this before?

Remember, Ron had no problem when Lawtwitter posted parts and dosages of the deposition transcripts to paint Vic in a negative light, yet he was bitch mad because Ty allowed Nick to show the entire deposition videos in their full length without cuts or edits to let the viewers decide. Now we know why they play this pick-and-choose bullshit game
