They still have their walls, their private security, and probably an arsenal of shit that's illegal for the state of California. Also willing to bet some of them take self-defense courses just in case. But they won't leave their walled garden. You could send Conchita and Yessica Gonzalez, their housekeeper and nanny in with steak knives to kill them and they still wouldn't waver; they'd just need "better background checks" on the help they hire.
