Lying is protected under the Constitution, unless it is TI with business prospects (ie Godwinson DMing NP2 users trying to tell them to pull out of usage, resulting in them actually stopping to use it. I agree with much of what you said, but Ralph is hurt. This hampers his growth opportunities audience wise and many guests are likely to realize that his show is not the lighthearted troll podcast they thought it was.
