This is basically everyone right now on DSP's ridiculously high luck stats that he has now

Darksyde Philpatine is far too powerful... Can no one stop this monster?

I think it's fair to resent this a little if you're someone who puts effort into being financially responsible, but there are much larger injustices in the world, even just within the financial sphere.

But the absurdity of it all is pretty delicious. The salt is nice seasoning 👌

Nick Rekieta is a balding, testosterone deficient shit-tier "lawyer" who graduated from one of the worst law schools in North America. No actual lawyer who gets work and has real clients is able to spend hours doing shitty livestreams and getting involved in internet shit flinging.

DSP is an absolute legend. Keep on keeping on, king. The man insults his audience, jerks off on stream, lurches from crisis to crisis, and yet is still able to live a reasonably comfortable life doing nothing but poorly playing video games.

I just want to go back to laughing at Phil sucking ass at games again but that will never happen with current year Phil(stream chat's fault mostly, and his boring game choices). I feel kinda bad following this almost daily.

Really makes ya miss CT Phil.
Cows don't burn out, they just fade away.

No one event will ever sink Phil, he'll just stop being funny or worth following and years later he'll die and the internet will go "oh hey thats the guy" one last time.

He's like a slightly funnier Narcissa or Boogie. Just perpetually doing the same dumb shit. Though Boogie has friends and bought more toys.

the eternal gout neet gets bailed out of his mountain of debt because normal society noticed and felt bad for him.

Which makes me think that maybe this whole arc may really be the last great arc in Phil's history as a lolcow, just not in the way that we initially thought it would be.

It's not that the bankruptcy would end Phil as a person. It's more that, after this, there may not ever be anything interesting about Phil to warrant detractors following him.

He stopped playing games that make him rage. He has reetards throwing money at him to wear a vest. What is fun about any of that? Nothing.

Maybe he will just gradually fade away in his mediocrity, becoming a 50 year old gouty man that still wants to make a living playing videogames.

And Rekieta Law never claimed his predictions to be as gospel. He's just guiding the audience on what may or may not happen based on legal grounds and even then anything unexpected can happen in a court of law.

It's not Rekieta Law that is wrong, it's the people that listen to his streams and some think they now know how the justice system works.

To be fair to the people who feel misled, after he starting milking Weeb Wars, the disclaimers got a lot quieter and quickly glossed over and the drunk screaming about how fucked the defendants are got a lot louder and lengthier. The man is still entertaining, but he's moved quite far away from the analysis and education starting point he had with Maddox and Waid

Credit card companies are super happy with this result, that's why they didn't fight it. They've gotten their money and then some with minimum payments plus interest. Now they get to offer this proven financial chump some more credit with higher interest and they get to keep collecting that sweet sweet interest. Credit card companies love bankruptcy.

The only difference between Nick Rekeita and DSP is that Nick Rekeita is an actual productive member of society and DSP is not.

Well I'm sorry but playing video games (while being bad at them) and not paying taxes on the income he makes does makes him a parasite of society and this is the equaivalant of saying that Chris-Chan is a better person than Mister Metokur even though Chris-Chan hasn't had a job in years and lives off the welfare system and refuses to get a job.

I think what happens is that if you're an average person and you fuck up the system slaps you and you don't do it again.

On the other hand, if you constantly fuck up then the slapping stops because 'the system' is made up of people and a lot of those people will be put in a situation where they have discretion. If you're very obviously hapless then that will start to work in your favor.

I bet in this case the judge saw Phil being hapless, a bunch of idiots had called into the creditors meeting and the judge decided to cut Phil some slack just to piss off said idiots.
From the few people I know who went through credit card bankruptcy, you have to legally prove that you cannot pay the money back or reasonably earn it back, then you get the debt forgiven, but your credit score tanks And you won’t be able to make any type of major purchase for like a decade. No cable/internet service, no cars, no phone plans etc. you become a major red flag

Nah, with all of this debt wiped out, Phil is financially poised to begin the funniest arc of all: fatherhood. If you think his grooming, temperament and obvious smells are bad now, wait until this manbaby is sleep deprived by an actual baby and imagine the delicious detractor outrage every time a newborn's wails bleed into the streaming mic without immediate attention from Phil

I don't think folks are grasping how many people are about to declare bankruptcy. A year from now it won't be seen as the stain on one's record that it once was.

I don't think Kat wants kids given she's already dealing with a giant one.
Bitch wanted a sugar daddy and got a sugar son.

So let me get this straight - does that mean that Phil has no debts after this? Because I've skipped through thread and the info is self-contradicting.
