Someone once compared Darksy’s life to that of an old movie serial. The hero gets routinely stuck in an impossible to escape situation that makes people go “How’s he going to get out of it this time!?” only for him to miraculously survive against all odds. It’s a pretty fitting metaphor, especially considering that we just learned that Pigroach luck is more powerful than the federal government.

If you think that I'm some sort of diehard Rekieta Law fan then you are sadly mistaken. What I'm saying here is that he is just one lawyer out of the many that are out there and people should not just take one man's words as the absolute gospel because even Rekieta Law is human too.

The people that watch his streams at times have that 'If I heard it from just this one guy on Youtube then it must be true and I know how this works' type of approach.

So if you want to be a scientist or a lawyer or whatever then watching videos is fine but you still have to do the work yourself to be that thing later on.

And Rekieta Law never claimed his predictions to be as gospel. He's just guiding the audience on what may or may not happen based on legal grounds and even then anything unexpected can happen in a court of law.

It's not Rekieta Law that is wrong, it's the people that listen to his streams and some think they now know how the justice system works.

It'll be interesting to see how many people turn on Rackets because he was "wrong". The autism blade is double-edged, after all.

Having absorbed all this info, all I can say is...disappointing season finale, however, there's still time for the writers to come up with a neat little twist. The house of credit cards is still standing at this point, sure, but there will always be another arc for us to get interested in. Phil is pretty much the world's dumbest Frank Underwood at this point, his machinations have, beyond all expectations, done exactly what he planned to do by sheer luck. He's currently on top of the world, feeling invincible. Let's give it time and see where things go from here.

Disappointing?! Dude this is funny as shit. Phil fucks up so bad yet got away with tax fraud. No jail time. No punishment. Just gets to keep being the same cow we all love. So he's just gonna do it again and we'll all be here waiting.

I just want to go back to laughing at Phil sucking ass at games again but that will never happen with current year Phil(stream chat's fault mostly, and his boring game choices). I feel kinda bad following this almost daily.

Really makes ya miss CT Phil.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if the tractors were helping him at this point. Just think of the 341 hearing:
-60+ people on the call
-Only one "creditor" shows up
-"Creditor" tries to bring up 5k business expenses per month only to get sidestepped by Phil's $1200 counsel so expertly to the point it is never brought up again.

Then there's the high likelihood that Nancy or her underlings are being flooded with exceptional screeds about a Nintendo Switch. No normal person wants to deal with this, just look at the educational system. Special kids get passed through all the time regardless of requirements because fuck if the teachers want to deal with a second year of that shit.

My personal thoughts are Nancy didn't look into this enough. She probably skipped over everything to do with the business and looked at phils personal finances only. Phil gambled and won.

Yeah, the only thing upsetting about this imo is that this was the only good potential source of Phil tardrage we'd have in a while. Now we gotta wait for him to fuck up something else (which will happen but who knows how long). Game-wise he's so boring and we only get snippets of funny like RE3 Nemesis boss fight

What the true detractors fail to realize is that although DSP is a piece of shit many of them are worse. It's almost impossible to make DSP a sympathetic figure but some people keep finding ways.
