it really depends on how much he is off from the goal. if he is off just 10-20$ he wont do overtime because 15 minutes of philberts time is worth a lot more than 20$.
when he is off by a bigger number i can see him add another 15-30 minutes to get some paypig tip him a big (~50$+) amount.

There's also the ego crushing Phil has to accept clowning himself putting the vest on, and Phil hates giving anything to his autistic fans that he wishes he could bully more than he does. A part of Phil will be glad when the vest finally ends.
 
So according to Phil, this year's online Evo will be pointless as it will be full of dropped frames and lag, which he can easily recognise. So I assume all the key members of the FGC, who will be experts in spotting such things, will be validating Phil's concerns?

whoever wins will just have to adapt to the conditions on game day

will there be some laggy bs, probably, the difference is you won't see them leave the lobby and cry about it

and dsp's only frame of reference is super fag fighter 2 turbo 30th anniversary edition, which has a peak player count of 10 ppl a day, ofcourse capcom aren't going to drop millions on the netcode for that dead game

I'd figure the opposite, tbh, because it's more likely he'll get that small tip than the large one, and I'm sure he wants to keep the streak going because once it dies, he has to come up with some other dumbass gimmick.

Already been asked about it, already shit on it so he wouldn't have to answer questions about why he's not signing up since he now has no excuse not to.
