Bloomberg says 3 women can be released from NDAs

WASHINGTON (AP) — Democratic presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg said Friday that he’s willing to release at least three women from nondisclosure agreements that prevented them from speaking publicly about sexual harassment or discrimination suits filed against him over the last three decades.

Dozens of lawsuits have been filed against his company over the years. Bloomberg said his company has identified “3 NDAs that we signed over the past 30-plus years with women to address complaints about comments they said I had made.”

He wrote: “If any of them want to be released from their NDA so that they can talk about those allegations, they should contact the company and they’ll be given a release.”

Bloomberg was attacked repeatedly this week in his debut debate for declining to release women from the nondisclosure agreements.

He wrote: “I’ve done a lot of reflecting on this issue over the past few days and I’ve decided that for as long as I’m running the company, we won’t offer confidentiality agreements to resolve claims of sexual harassment or misconduct going forward.”

Ya know if bloomberg makes good on his pledge to have Hillary Clinton as his VP pick and then "magically" gets declared the nominee at a DNC convention, we might actually see as large a mass chimpout as November 9th 2016

Also I suggest we start merging all subsequent bloomberg articles into a general Bloomberg thread

Lol damn they really twisted his arm at the debate the other night. Glad he apparently only has morals when they suit an agenda.

If nothing else, him jumping in the clown car has raised the entertainment value of this whole shitshow.

You know there's a better solution than chimping out when someone makes fun of you.

The POTUS calls you a manlet? Don't chimp out and have media go on a 'he's not short he doesn't need a booster seat tirade,' especially during a debate you paid ass over fist to be a part of.

Get #metoo'd? It's CURRENT YEAR and that kevin space/bacon/idc/jared thing shows that movement's more sluggish than an old person's bowel movement now, and just as useful.

Drumpf needs to hire Shaq to follow him around whenever cameras are out, and maybe try and trick him into signing gigantic replicas of normal objects during photo ops

Only 3 huh.

"Yes, I was deeply offended by Mr Bloombergs comments and actions but I mean... He has like a lot of money. So much."

Why does he think this is a good look?

It calls more attention to the NDAs without really solving the problem, since it is only a small fraction of them. He'd be better off releasing all or none of them.

Do us all one better and release what the comments were. I swear if any of them were along the lines of "hey I'm so small you could use me as a dildo" I will eat my bird.

It double fucks him because it inevitably forces everyone to ask the question 'what are the rest of the women under NDAs keeping quiet about that he doesn't want the public knowing about?' After all whatever it is is clearly worse than the 3 he was willing to release or he would do the same for them

It shows hes a complete fucking idiot

Secretary of State shouldn't be VP to a mayor.
