They really need to hammer how Chupp set a ridiculously high bar for the evidence required and they need to point out that they could not meet Chupps evidentiary requirement because the defendants didnt comply with Discovery and the TCPA itself prevents the evidence Chupp wanted from being collected

By Chupp's logic, if someone burgles your house, steals your stereo, and your insurance replaces it with a slightly shabbier stereo, a crime was not committed.

I'm conflicted... I'm equal parts annoyed that Sad Trombone is trying to head off the #Tardnaught sperging if 12:01 AM rolls around before a filing appears; annoyed that he might head off the Kiwi sperging if that happens; and glad to have the info even if it's coming from him.

Ah well, at least it's unlikely that anyone really listens to him, so there may still be some good sperging either way.

I'd like to see a list of the legal criteria for each claim brought against each party, and a note as to where in the record something was presented as evidence that the defendants' actions met each of those criteria. Also, working footnotes.
