George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer acquitted of homicide charges in the 2012 fatal shooting of unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Sanford, is suing Martin’s family, prosecutors and others involved in the case he claims rested on false evidence, according to a copy of the suit sent to the media Wednesday.

Zimmerman is represented by Larry Klayman, a high-profile legal crusader tied to conservative causes and the founder of Judicial Watch before splitting with the activist group.

The suit in Polk County Circuit Court cites information in a documentary about the case that accuses the Martin family of engineering false testimony, and the director has scheduled a press conference this week in Coral Gables to coincide with a film screening there. The suit seeks $100 million in civil damages, alleging defamation, abuse of civil process and conspiracy. A copy of the suit was distributed to media Wednesday by the movies’ director, Joe Gilbert. The case does not yet appear on the online docket of the Polk court system.

The lead defendant in the suit is Sybrina Fulton, Martin’s mother who became a national figure in the wake of her son’s death as a campaign surrogate for Hillary Clinton and a national advocate for social justice and reducing gun deaths. She’s running for the District 1 seat on the Miami-Dade County Commission being vacated by a term-limited Barbara Jordan in the Miami Gardens area.

Martin lived with Fulton, then a county employee, in Miami Gardens, and was visiting his father, Tracy Martin, in Sanford on Feb. 26, 2012, when he died in a gated community where his father’s fiancee lived. Martin was returning from a store with candy. Zimmerman, 28 at the time, reported Martin as suspicious to police in a recorded call after 7 p.m.

The details that followed remain in dispute, with Zimmerman claiming he was attacked by Martin and defended himself. Police and prosecutors described an unjustified shooting of a teenager in a hoodie with Skittles and a drink. A jury acquitted Zimmerman of all charges in 2013.

The lawsuit presses the Zimmerman version of events, with allegations of efforts by the Martin family to produce a false narrative through dishonest accounts from witnesses. The suit also names prosecutors in the Zimmerman case, alleging false prosecution, as well as book publisher Harper Collins over the October release of “Open Season: Legalized Genocide of Colored People.” The book is by Ben Crump, who represented the Martin family. Crump is also named in the suit, which states all defendants “have worked in concert to deprive Zimmerman of his constitutional and other legal rights.”

Crump, Klayman and a campaign representative for Fulton did not respond immediately to requests for comment.

Fucking lol, there's a book titled "Open Season: Legalized Genocide of Colored People."?

What universe do these lunatics live in?

It's a biography of Margaret Sanger.

Of course, Obama was an empty suit who got elected on false promises and exaggerated claims and the economy was in the midst of a massive recession that shook the American public to its very core. People on all sides were pissed and it didn't help that the MSM ended up accidentally fueling resentment by trying to silence any criticism of Obama as racism, even if the criticisms were legitimate.

Bolding mine. My only regret is that I have but one :optimistic: to give.

Think about it: what was Obama, really? A stuffed-shirt junior senator from a safe (D) seat in a comically corrupt state with no achievements to his name save a ghostwritten autobiography. Hell, he wouldn't even have been that if the Chicago Tribune hadn't managed to get a court order to unseal his opponent's divorce records. Airy rhetoric, a supine press, and melanation were literally all he had going for him, and the palace guard MSM attacked anyone who criticized him as racist because that was what they had. In their mind, objection to the actions of their Chocolate Messiah could only come from the most profoundly evil motives, which is (of course) racism.

Nah, Zimmerman is actually a garbage human-- just look at the shit he's gotten himself into since that trial.
When people cite Zimmerman's issues since his acquittal as reason to indict his character, I really wonder about their level of empathy for their fellow man.

The guy is at risk of assault or worse whenever he's out in public. He's understandably on edge. The entire media apparatus and most prosecutors have a target painted on his back as well. Are you suggesting he should just go live in the wilderness somewhere and avoid all human contact? Because if you are, just say it.

Back in the reality where Zimmerman hasn't become a hermit, anyone who has a falling out with him is obviously going to try and pin nonsense about him being violent on him and try to leverage the media against him. The domestic disputes in which he's been accused of using violence are pretty clear examples of this, with some of them even resulting in perjury charges against the accusers because they were so obviously lying.

this
he got assaulted and almost killed by a violent thug, and the very same day the media made him to be a card carying KKK member who murdered a black baby just for fun. The president of USA himself have publically side with the guy who tried to kill him. In the eyes of the entire nation (or internationally tbh) he already was a racist murderer long before he had a chance to defend himself or give his version of what had happened
tbh it's surprising he didn't end up killing someone from the media who mass produced lies about him

also few years prior there was a similar case, just with races swapped, and literally noone gave a shit and somehow this did not damage the race relations. Weird how it works huh?

In fairness to Mr. Gray, he did get choked to death by cops for loitering. That's a little less 'deserving' than Trayvon getting his just deserts for trying to pound the head of Zimmerman (a mild-mannered if officious man who likely would have tried to stop the cops choking out Gray if he'd been there) into the ground.

I thought Freddie Gray was killed by being bounced around in the back of the police van? You're thinking of that fatass nigger selling loose cigarettes. Can't think of that dindu nuffin good bois name but he wasn't choked to death he had a heart attack brought on by the struggle from being so obese.

It's a biography of Margaret Sanger.

She's a saint. If it wasn't for abortion the negro population would boom. We need to keep them at 13% so the murder rate doesn't skyrocket.

I maintain that if George Zimmerman had been named "Jesus Rodriguez," we never would have heard of the guy. He just had the misfortune to have an Anglo-Teutonic amerimutt name that led the MSM to believe he was the Great White Defendant they'd been hunting o'r these long years.

One of my less popular opinions is that Nick Land already gave the Requiem for St. Skittles the definitive treatment, and if you haven't read it, I don't blame you: his writing style reminds you that yes, he's a big fan of LSD. However, I think this bit is on point:

Nick Land dijo:
Almost everything about the death of Trayvon Martin is controversial, except for media motivation. On that topic there is near unanimity. The meaning or intended message of the story of the case could scarcely have been more transparent[...] A malignantly deluded white vigilante guns down an innocent black child, justifying black fear (‘the talk’) whilst exposing white panic as a murderous psychosis. This is a story of such archetypal progressive meaning that it cannot be told too many times. In fact, it was just too good to be true.

Like the UVA rape hoax (and it's older brother, the Duke Lacrosse rape hoax) this story blew up because it was one that the fart-huffers in the MSM were strongly ideologically predisposed to believe. To them, it was vindication, the "model case" that they all dreamed about because despite their worldviews, which are obviously right and just and reality-based, they can't actually produce a lot of real live examples of "muh white supremacy" or "muh patriarchy." When this fell into their lap, they were so primed to think it was true- wanted so hard for it to be true- that in their zeal to preach the good word about the evils of rayciss, they abandoned what little critical facilities they had. Egg on the face soon followed, as it is wont to do.

Zimmerman called the cops when he spotted a suspicious character around his complex. The cops said they'll handle it. Despite that, he proceeded to follow him and shoot him.

The cops didn't tell him they'd handle it, a dispatcher told him they didn't need him to follow. That's a pretty huge difference, as a dispatcher isn't a police officer.

And he followed a suspicious looking character after a period of time where they were having problems with people burgalrizing homes. You can call him a wannabe or a busybody all you want, following someone who looks suspicious isn't against the law, nor does it make it legally okay for the person being followed to viciously attack the individual, free from consequence of getting his ass knocked off in self defense.

Zimmerman isn't even a Hispanic name. You can argue that Zimmerman is Hispanic or White all you want.

That's not the argument, clearly it's a jew name. I called him a white Hispanic chubby jew because that's what the scumbags in the media called him, a "white Hispanic". A term they've never used before or since, btw. It wasn't sensational enough already for the creeps that make up the news to show this swarthy, Mexican-looking man with an unusual jew name, they had to make sure the uneducated viewer knew he was a Caucasian and a latino. They might not induce the blacks to riot if they confused the issue based on his picture and weird name, and the actual facts of the situation.

That's why they kept using a 9 year old picture of martin, and why they purposefully edited a 911 call to make it seem like Zimmerman was following the man because he was black. Remember the edited 911 call? You keep forgetting to mention that the shooting was in response to a vicious attack, you seemed to have no idea why I called him a white Hispanic, so I assume you also forgot or had no idea the media edited the actual 911 call to make it more sensational.

How old were you when this thing happened? Eleven or so right? I can understand why your memory of the situation is so confused.

The amount of misinformation, rumors, and flat out harmful libel and defamation that still persist about this case to this day is truly staggering. I could write a very long and informative post about it, but this would be stupid, to put all that effort into carefully arranging words only to post them on Kiwifarms.

Speaking of Trayvon, never forget the masterpiece our lord smegmaking/emptyhero wrote about him.

Gray killed himself trying to play the victim.

A prisoner sharing a police transport van with Freddie Gray told investigators that he could hear Gray “banging against the walls” of the vehicle and believed that he “was intentionally trying to injure himself,” according to a police document obtained by The Washington Post.

Trayvon was an innocent 17-year-old teenager who simply exercised his right to self defense and was killed by a creepy, probably pedophile animal spicjew known as Zimmerman. Zimmerman aggressively stalked and harassed Trayvon for the non-crime of walking in his neighborhood, despite being told not to be police. Trayvon, rightfully angry and scared by this unjustified aggression from a much older man he didn't know, demanded to know what Zimmerman was doing and why. Zimmerman, a man who was fired from two separate security guard jobs for being overly aggressive, responded with both verbal and physical attacks. Trayvon fought back, rightfully so, and kicked Zimmermans ass. He used the only tool available to him- the concrete- to neutralize a threat to his body and life. Self defense laws don't just cover guns and knives, you are allowed to use whatever tool you have. Unfortunately Zimmerman did have a gun, and shamefully shot the young man because he is and was criminal scum and his ego couldn't bear that he was losing a fight and justice was prevailing.

Don't believe the lies that pro-Zimmerman criminals spout. These people aim to destabilize self defense laws and advocate for criminals to be able to do whatever they want to innocent American people. They should be hung as traitors.
Got any citations for Zimm attacking Trayvon? Or are we supposed to ignore all courtroom evidence in favor of your version? Why did the murderer call the cops and the victim not? Usually that's a bad plan when committing a crime.

Edit: I should explain where I'm coming from. When this happened, I heard about it, and said the same thing as everyone else. "It's open and shut, Zimmerman called 911 because a black kid was in the neighborhood, then confronted and killed him while he screamed for help, which we overheard in the second 911 call. The cops let him off because he was friends with them. The end."

So the courtroom revaluations that zimmy was all fucked up, broken nose, bashed head, didn't mesh with that story at all. Also the 911 call was doctored. Also, that was Zimmerman screaming on the 911 call. Also, his "girlfriend" admitted he Trayvon attacked Zimmerman for being a "fag". Also, the media had lightened his skin.

At this point, the story I was told and the real story have almost nothing in common. I'm mad I was lied to, and I'm mad I was made a fool. I carried water for the msm lying. I got played.

Zimmerman got played far worse though. So he deserves money.

The shooting was an open and shut case of self defense as far as the police were concerned. Zimmerman was released within hours of the shooting.

There is only one reason why the entire thing was anything more than a blip that would've barely even pinged on the national media radar-

The recording of "Trayvon" calling for help.

It was actually Zimmerman calling for help, but it was misrepresented as being Trayvon, and the media ran with it, and that's why it exploded like it did.

Yes, I realize it wasn't definitively proven either way who it was yelling for help on the recording, but c'mon, who yells for help? The guy who's getting his head bounced off the pavement, or the guy bouncing the head?

Zimmerman owned it quick too. Within minutes of police arriving on the scene, as the were interviewing Zimmerman, he talking about how he had called for help, but nobody came to help him.

So Zimmerman was either a calm and collected chess master who was thinking 4 moves ahead and wisely decided that he needed to claim Trayvon's cries as his own to bolster his self defense case, or he was just a frantic and traumatized dummy who was blabbering out exactly what had happened.

Does Zammerzips strike anybody as a calm and collected chess master?
